1. Acceptance

By signing a proposal, paying an invoice, or otherwise using Talkflow’s Services, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms and any statement of work (SOW) that references them.

2. Services

Talkflow will design, configure, deploy, and (if selected) manage an AI voice agent to answer inbound calls, handle FAQs, and book appointments into Client’s calendar. Details, deliverables, and timelines are set out in the SOW.

3. Onboarding obligations

Client must:

  • Provide accurate business information, FAQs, branding guidelines, and calendar access;

  • Obtain any third‑party consents (e.g., callers’ consent to recording) required by law;

  • Designate a primary contact for approvals and feedback within 3 business days.

4. Fees & payment

  • Fees are as quoted in the SOW (setup fee, monthly management, optional add‑ons) and are payable on invoice Net 7 unless stated otherwise.

  • 30‑Day Results Guarantee – If the deployed agent fails to book at least one legitimate appointment within 30 days of go‑live, Client may request a full refund of setup fees by emailing info@talkflow.agency within 45 days of go‑live. Management fees are refunded pro‑rata. Guarantee void if Client has not:

    • Granted calendar access, or

    • Approved the final script, or

    • Kept phone lines properly forwarded to the agent.

5. Changes & out‑of‑scope work

Minor tweaks (e.g., adding FAQs, updating availability) are included. Substantial changes (new languages, multiple locations, integrating new CRMs) will be scoped and billed separately.

6. Intellectual property

  • Talkflow retains ownership of its pre‑existing software, models, and methodologies.

  • Upon full payment, Client receives a non‑exclusive, worldwide licence to use the custom call script and configuration for its own business operations.
